Andrew Smith
Owner/Operator| Chick-fil-A Dupont In-Line
Andrew has worked with Chick-fil-A Inc. since he graduated with a Management degree from Kennesaw State University in 2011. After graduation, Andrew worked in a management role for two individual Chick-fil-A restaurants before joining Chick-fil-A's Corporate Office in the Leadership Development Program. In this role, Andrew had the opportunity to travel the country, managing different corporately owned Chick-fil-A restaurants, which was great experience for becoming an Owner/Operator. Now, Andrew owns a Chick-fil-A on Dupont Circle in Washington, D.C. He is also a consultant to two Chick-fil-A restaurants located at Georgetown University and Catholic University. In his free time, Andrew enjoys fitness, golf, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Mary.
Erik Amick
Owner/Operator|Chick-fil-A Savannah Quarters
Erik has been a Chick-fil-A operator since 2010, most recently opening the Savannah Quarters location in Pooler, Georgia in 2022. Prior to Chick-fil-A, Erik had a career in both ministry and business. Upon graduating from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a Marketing Degree, Erik and his wife, Christine, moved to Paris, France to work in ministry with the large immigrant and refugee population. After this time, they moved back to Marietta, Georgia where Erik worked for eight years with Global Fortune 100 companies, Nissan and General Motors, out of their regional offices in Atlanta. Most of Erik’s work during this time was in marketing and advertising strategy. Looking to decrease his travel time and satisfy the itch to be his own boss, Erik jumped at the opportunity Chick-fil-A offered to become a franchisee in the Washington D.C. market because of the international diversity of the community (ask him the story about how this happened sometime. It’s pretty cool). After twelve years in D.C., the Amicks were longing to move back near family and were fortunate to be offered a Chick-fil-A franchise in Georgia. In his free time, Erik loves being outdoors, hanging out with his wife and four children, as well as playing basketball with other middle aged dudes. Erik is passionate about his faith, serving the community, and growing leaders who will impact the world.
Aaron Crunkilton
Owner/Operator| Chick-fil-A Frederick
Aaron is a Chick-fil-A lifer. He started working at Chick-fil-A in 2000 as a teenager and spent 10 years working in a restaurant on his way to becoming an Owner/Operator in 2011.Aaron has operated three restaurants in Maryland with his current restaurant being located in Frederick, a suburb of Washington DC. Aaron serves on multiple boards for Chick-fil-A in the DC area. He is passionate about giving back to his community and helping to grow future leaders, all to repay those who have impacted him on his journey. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, being outdoors and spending time with this wife and two daughters.
