Compensation Package

Compensation value total: approximately $82,746 annually

Wage Rate ($63,000 annually apx):

$23.25 hour

Based on 48 hours work week

Any hours worked over 40/week will be paid time and a half

ROTH IRA ($1,946 annually):

ROTH IRA with 2% match available after 6 months

Food Allowance (up to $5,200 annually):

Unlimited free meals provided during work hours (usually two full meals)

Certifications/Education/Development ($1,500 annually):

ServSafe 

Strength’s Finder, DISC, etc.

Chick-fil-A SERVE leadership modules

One-on-one development from the owner

Local Workshops

Uniform Allowance ($300 annually):

Dress shirts/blouses, pants, non-slip shoes, etc. 

Medical Insurance ($4,800 annually)

Compensated Medical Insurance $400 per month.

Compensated Parking ($6,000 annually)

Reserved  Garage Parking $500/month

Paid Time Off

64 hours of Vacation + 40 hours of sick leave
